Two wineries tour
This tour takes you on the discovery of two wine estates in the vineyards of Utiel-Requena, located at one hour from Valencia. Both visits will be done in English.
Most of the time, the visits will be done in the following way to present you two very different places:
– The historical and heritage visit: Visit the historical winery Murviedro 1927, located in the center of Requena. Here, you will discover ancient underground caves dating back to Arab times (12th and 13th centuries). Previously, these caves were used as silos and wineries. End the visit with a wine tasting of two wines.
– The traditional visit: You will then visit a winery of the Utiel-Requena vineyard. You will be welcomed by the winemakers or the wine tourism guides who will teach you the winemaking methods and the wine fermentation process.
To complete the visits, you will enjoy a delicious wine tasting in each winery.
The program may vary depending on the availability of our partner wineries. If you have any special requests regarding the type of visit you would like (small producer, large estate, etc.), please let us know in the comments of the booking form and we will do our best to help you.
During wine tastings, food is not included. However, you can easily bring snacks to eat during the car ride.

Meeting place in Valencia
The tour starts and ends at the car park in front of the Empalme metro station in Valencia. This meeting point is very easy to reach by public transport and avoids the city traffic.
In order to access Empalme by Metro or Tram:
- Metro line 1 direction Seminari-CEU or Bétera (both options are valid), get off at Empalme
- Metro line 2 direction Paterna or Llíria (both options are valid), get off at Empalme
- Tram line 4 direction V.A. Estellés o Mas del Rosari (both options are valid), get off at Empalme
